I'm sorry to see slocs, too, has failed not only to comprehend my line of questioning of choo but to read my first post on the matter, which i now repeat:

Hello choo choo. Nice to see (as always anticipated) Crawf among the T1 players on Saturday ...etc.

I was fully aware of what choo had done in naming everyone but himself (he's sooo clever) and that Craf was always going to play, hence the underlined passage. I was trying to get him to acknowledge that he was, as is often the case, telling porkies under the guise of pizztaking. Hence my line of questioning in a subsequent post. obviously all too subtle.

anyway, slocs, i have a question for you: how many more dodgem rides will Johnny K have to sell to pay towards the 1st class air fare you guys splashed out on Jeevs to get here on time for the first round..... only to have it washed out. what a pity!

and a straightforward question for choo (no subtilties involved): when do you expect your new pommy davies to arrive, as well as your other uk-based player, ryan ''charles atlas'' hercules? understand both have had visa delays.

I think they should try and reschedule this round as it is too early in the season to let a round go I reckon. If some sides have a game on that day, they can reschedule that game to another time. At some stage we must all be prepared to play some Sat/Sun games to fit this in. If it was late in the season then I could understand them not being able to play on another date....

Glovesy, you should know better. We would never pay 1st class.....only business class, and if they don't perform, back to cattle class for the return trip.

pizztake or not, happy to be part of the reeducation of the emperor of harold road, who has obviously been spoilt travelling at the pointy end on his travels. you can book economy on emirates (which code-shares with the lankan national carrier), as well as virgin australia, singapore, thai, malaysian and cathy (economy return at the moment $1267). try travelling with the plebs sometimes sahib rather than hob-nobing it.

If they reschedule round one they clearly have no idea about the game....... What would happen to the 2 games that got a full days play?? Not fair to start them again and also not fair to play them 3 months down the track with a different pitch / outfield that was prepared .... This has to be a drawn round and get on with the rest of the season.

 You can go Air Asia via KL for $874 for two weeks next April.  add on meals and drinks you would be paying less than $1000 round trip.  Why pay so much?

Why don't you ever farking believe anything I tell you? I told you the outcome last night. All Turf games except the Turf 4 game which had a result will be null and void, with a make up game played in December. Fark me man.

 You have to give a draw to all games.  How can you start a game and then scrap the result?  I would have thought most teams would think they were in a strong position only to have the result scrapped.  And further evidence is the fact they allowed 1 game that got a result to stand(in turf 4).  I wonder what they would have done if Springy or a prominent team were one wicket away from 1st innings against Buckley ( 2 highely rated teams that are evenly matched).    Springy would be spewing at the fact the go back to square one and replay it!!!

Or lose it slocs and then feel arse raped by the fact the have gone from a potential 6 to 3 to 0 points because of the ddca.
