turned up to the 20/20 last night. And there he was at square leg. And there's me scrambling to try a find a camera but alas no.

He looked very efficent......perhaps as well positioned as Bobby Fraser. He fired neno though....no way was he out LOL

Has anyone ever seen an umpire give more lbw's than Bobby Fraser, i've got him this week and if I get hit on the pads im walking before they appeal

he gave me out this week lbw, from a ball that pitched outside leg, it might have hit middle on the second set of stumps so I guess i cant complain.

He's an odd one. I remember someone saying on here they saw him using a counter as a spectator at an U/21's game.

His worst was giving someone not out in an F Grade final because the bails were off (even though he had taken them off because it was too windy and proceeded to tell everyone to carry on as per normal).

Always in the game when he was umpiring your bowling!!!!

Well thats right. You'd notice them if he was carrying them. He makes more noise than the Ghost of Christmas Past, the 1st ghost that comes to visit Ebenezer Scrooge on Christmas eve in the movie A Christmas Carol when he walks between overs.

Yes, he still has the keys and proudly displays them on the belt

He is definately an enigma of the league. I'd love to be in slips with Bob at one end and Neil at the other and having a chortle with the keeper, gully etc and maybe get the batsman opinion too... Both of them are guru's.

Ahh Woofa I hope you get Neil in round 6 for Christmas. If you know who Prince Mark is, ask him about Neil. Prince used to play for Doveton so he might be at a game or 2 if HSD are playing on a Sunday watching his old club go around. Makes for a good conversation.
