Dear Cory,Leigh and Greg,

I know you guys read this forum thats why I am here writing this message.

Before Leigh Booth and his dad Greg Booth came to Hallam we were one of the strongest club in the league. Nearly every year our Turf 2, Turf 3, Grade A, Grade C, Grade E and juniors used to make it to the finals. We used to have people fighting for spots in every grade. Every Tuesday and Thursday we had 70-80 people in the nets.

I know Leigh Booth played a big role in getting us back to Turf 1 and we love him for that BUT on the other hand he wants everything his way. He controls his brother Cory and his dad Greg, the 3 of them runs everything their way. If you are friends with Booths and listen to them you are the best and you will always play in the 1s or 2s but if you dont agree with them then you are playing lower grades or they will fu$k you off. Over the past 2-3 years 40-50 people has left Hallam and everytime I ask them why are they leaving their answer is THE BOOTHS.

We all know Nick Hawking, his dad Mick has done alot for hallam cricket club and DDCA. Nick left Dandenong to come and play for Hallam and support his dad's old club but what happened to him?? Booths fu$ked him off because he didnt do it their way and he didnt agree to what they were doing. Forget about Nick playing for hallam he doesnt even come to the club functions anymore.

Every Thursday after the training Booths will sit and pick teams, they are the captains, they are the coaches and they are the selectors. I know the two brothers are gun players and we will love to have them but being great players doesnt mean you guys can run everything your way.

Leigh let me ask you this mate, you didnt even play for us this year because you were injured but still you got paid 6k. How can you even ask for 6k when you didnt even play for us??

All i am asking you guys, please change the way you guys are running hallam or soon we will become the next southern Pirates with 2 turf sides where the mates plays. Last year we lost our whole E Grade side and this year we had matches where only 8 players played in our C Grade (most of them Indian students) so next year we might lose our C Grade as well. On Tuesday and Thursday we hardly get anyone at the training anymore, since christmas we are averaging 20-25 people.

JUST REMEMBER HALLAM IS EVERYONE'S CRICKET CLUB NOT JUST BOOTHS AND THEIR MATES.

i know you are good mates with Booths slocs, which is all good but it is the reality. our club is running by the 3 Booths. And I already said it, I tried to speak to few people but no one is listening. they are too scared that if the booths leave then we will end up in turf 2 again.

pringles, this is not only me and this is not all about me this is about all those people who wants to play for hallam but they cant play because of the booths. this is all about those people who doesnt want to leave hallam but they have to leave because of the booths.if you think i am wrong about people leaving hallam and booths fu$king up hallam check our records for the past 3-4 years and you will see the difference.as i said we lost a whole e grade last season and we had 8-10 people in our c grade this season and i know many more wont be back next year.there has to be something wrong mate.

So Hallam Boy if the solution from your side of the fence is to dump the Booths then what do you have in mind to replace them?

Sounds to me like you are some loser who hasn't got a gig as you have expected. Who actually left your club because of the Booths? If you have balls and fact being specific should be easy

its very clear thegoblin, dump the booths and start all over again even if we dropped to turf 2 or become the next southern pirates when we end up with 22 mates who wants to play for each other.its very simple
