Not sure if you've heard but Premier Cricket play round 1 the day after the AFL GF as a T20 format!!!

Is everyone amazed as I am about that?

Well with the afl and cricket Victoria debating over the mcg from oct 1st onwards, it would be silly for cricket Victoria to fixture games for next week. That would suggest to the afl that they don't need the ground until later, leaving the afl to slowly take over. Is that understandable?

My view is a bit more simply, were here to play cricket so if grounds are available why not play.
