The DDCA was saddened to hear of the death of Dandenong West stalwart, Reg Wood who was found at his home on Thursday 20th October by a concerned neighbour.
 
It would appear that Reg died sometime over the previous few days, but the cause of death is unknown until an autopsy is performed.
 
Reg was a Life Member and popular volunteer at the Bulls and was well known to a large number of DDCA people that attended Dandenong West games and after-match functions.
 
In recent years, he had also filled a position on the DDCA Tribunal.
 
Reg was a keen Hawthorn supporter and he and the DDCA Secretary shared many a story regarding the club that they both had a passion for.
 
Our condolences go out to Reg's family, friends and club mates at this time.
 
Another good Dandy West soldier that is no longer with us.

Reg's funeral today, unfortunately I can't make it but would expect he'll be given a great send off. RIP old boy.
