Spot on BB, the results from this game could see the whole thing turned on its head.
For example, if we get over Buckley we could go as high as 2nd, but if we lose we could drop as low as 9th. I've never seen the competition so even before.
The calculators will be out come Round 11 that's for sure.
Looking at the ladder and fixtures, Hallam and Nth Dandy could be the smokies. They may be playing off for a finals spot come round 11. Who would've thought that a couple of months ago!
This season Turf 1 being so close is great for the DDCA. I think all Turf Grade ladders are pretty tight; where six or seven teams can still make the top four. To eliminate any 'sporting' declarations in Round 11 that could give any team 10 points instead of 6 or even a reverse outright is why Round 11 should be a one day game for every grade. Watch with interest the remaining few rounds and see what happens with declarations.
We have already written one open letter to the association after Parkfield and Buckley Ridges conspired against us and fixed a game 2 seasons ago. If we get rorted again and waste another 40k like that particular season we will take even bigger steps and sook more than last time. Infact, we will have the entire finals series canceled, no winner at all! Don't say we haven't warned you, afterall we at the Bloods are the only important club in the league and when we stamp our feet and have a hissy fit it's taken notice of. Good day gentleman!
