Heard a rumor the DDCA will be awarding the scorer of the winning team an engraved golden pen, they want them awarded like the players are rewarded with medallions. Good idea I reckon, they can be the backbone of the team in some cases.

I seen Billy & No1 at Purple haze this afternoon, they had SSCC cariactures they were showing Garry to do, with 2011-2012 emblazoned across in Celtic lettering. Looks good.

Finally some recognition for my big bruvva. 3 months of pre season training and practicing his signals back to the umps is finally going to pay off. Once he heard the about the Golden Pen he started writing his acceptance speech. I just hope everyone hangs around after the game to hear it.

Yep, Kristy is Crawf's wife and has been our scorer for about 6 or 7 years. She's the best scorer in the competition by a long long long way....
