It's fair to say I was not aware that Alex's Grandmother had recently passed away (commiserations to the family) and therefore as is usually the case with iphone's post I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about until it was pointed out to me.

Clearly that stuff is out of line and will result in people being banned.

No one for a nanosecond would condone a knowing or wilful put down in such circumstances, but is there proof that IIII knew of the death of Alex's grandma when he referred to her on this forum?

If he did, IIII should do the honourable thing and make an abject and sincere apology. If he did not know -- and an honour system has to come into play here -- then IIII should make that abundantly clear and it would do no harm to contact Ales privately and clear up the ''misunderstanding''.

However, I don't thing calls for, or a threat of a ban, should be made. Free speech should be safeguarded, even when it is put to severe tests by imbicilic comments. Hopefully, we are all mature enough on this forum to do our individual best to not cross the line in such a sensitive area.

(IIII, a full and frank disclosure by you would be the honourable thing to do. Alex, I know that despite all that is said on here to stirr people, in this matter we all wish you the best and pass on our sincere condolonces.)
