It seems that this round SCC had to forfeit their Turf 4 side.
This is a disgrace when a club only has 2 side yet struggles to field both of them week in week out
The previous week they could only field a side with 8 players in Turf 4,  surely this would be a concern to the DDCA and they would be looking at other options of sides merging etc.

Only a matter of time Jake......they are almost dead 'n' buried. Only thing that keeps them going is the money left over from the social club.

Am also led to beleive some certain people from near Shepley Oval have eyeing the reserve off for a while now.......

Lyndale must be seething!

Their Turf 4 side (twos) won by forfeit against Springvale in Round 2 & now the Southern Pirates forfeited on them yesterday. No cricket for a month!

On Mycricket Round 5 Pirates v Springvale Sth already shows that the Pirates have forfieted the game. Can anyone confirm this ???

Just heard springy t4 are gone for the year. Have been withdrawn from the comp.
there goes my team down the gurgler. I'm free to a good home in t4 ;) haha
