Wrong Train. We batted first and got bowled out for about 80. ( I made 1!) You batted and had a lead of about 150. Then bowled us out for about 70 odd. (I was run out for 1 again!)
Thats how the match panned out. Awesome memories!!!

Ah that's right. I was wrong. Yep, you heard me....I was wrong. Well first time for everything i guess.

I do remember now, i think it was under 65 overs in total for the two innings. That's where i was getting confused.

Your dismissal in the second innings reminded me of Allan Donald and Lance Klusener's in the world cup semi final....what a disaster! ha ha

We played 80 overs on day 1 mate. Early finish day 2 tho. Your right on the run out tho, donald/klusener esk!

What i do remember is Prateek getting smashed in the box by Will in the 2nd dig! Poor kid was on the ground fora good 10mins.

Ouch!

I was batting with him then, at that stage I hadn't faced a ball. After that I really didnt want to either. Was bloody funny tho, he was getting no sympathy from the Berwick boys.

That is correct, Manny and Paul Sharpe got 10 wickets each for the match for St Marys.

On the money Cuddles, the same weekend that Terrible referred to earlier. I managed to put that out of my mind, for good reason as well, it was a disgusting effort. Taking nothing away from Manny and Sharpey but I think we got knocked over the 2nd time chasing the reverse, lost a few wickets and then couldn't hold on for the 1st innings loss. Good comeback from the Saints after losing outright the week prior..

I wouldnt have thought that a side losing outright then winning outright the following match would have happened more than once or twice in T1 history...

ASB, that was the best catch you've ever seen and don't try and deny it. It was certainly the best i've ever seen....

Terrible, would i say anything to him? Come on...

He shouldn't have told the Berwick close fielders that Will hadn't hurt him when he got hit on the thigh pad about two balls before he was nearly castrated by a thunderbolt.

Terrible, i was right. You blokes faced 64.4 overs all up for the two innings. 41 in the first innings for 85 and 23.4 in the second for 78.

Haha. Not out 1st dig, ball hit my pad not bat, there was a game saving innings nipped in the bud. And 2nd dig, after the little fella had his box caved in he gave up and left me stranded. I would have at least made ya's bat again.
And yes, your catch was probably as good as Ive seen.
