Beaver will be too good for turf 3. He will infact name himself as the captain coach of the turf 3 team of the year if that was to happen.

I guess when a new Coach comes people wanna see results as in wins.
But everyone at MM sees game time and develpment in the 1stXI of 2x 15 year olds 2x 16yr old,1x 17yrold 3x18 yr olds and that makes what Gooch said so true.
If i wanted wins i would have not played soem of these kids, we went for a competitive young side and learn't alot about them plenty of upside to come.

We had some lazy cricketers at the start of the year and i could have played them but didnt, set an example and seen the benefits at training with attendances and attitude.
1 step back 2 step forwards, not easy to do or make the call on but thats what i am here to do.

i dont get it, you want to win but picked kids knowing it wasnt your best side. Surely your first priority is to win games and try to make finals or in your case avoid relegation

i dont think you are doing the club justice by picking the best side

Could not have said it better myself, MM have been fantastic to me they are truly a great club full of fantastic dedicated people.
I don't have to say that but it's the truth the people make you fall in love with the joint and the amount of work they put in is above the call of duty and they are doing everything possible to help me get the club up the top of the ladder.

He put the house in order. Starting at the bottom. Upset some old heads but it had to be done.

Perhaps sacrificed slightly better performances but it will be to the clubs benefit in the long run.
