Your coaching is no better than the last bloke and even the fact your making runs highlight how bad a coach you actually are? Your personal performances are good(even though its t2) and carry the side which show your coaching has improved nobody.

1.Sort the riff from the raff
2.Spoke to the players about exspectations.
3.Set standards.
4.Opened all Captain positions.
5.Best trainers appointed Captains of respective grades.
6.Made trainig fun, not all Cricket based.
7.Dinners get togethers etc.
8.Player profiles & feedback.
9.addressed these issues.
10.Prac games were treated as a must to play 1stXI
11.Went with youth ahead of older players.
12.Made tough calls on undiscipline players.

The list goes on, but at the end of the day we are getting 35+ players to training which is up on last year by all reports.
The kids look great and are developing, we just need to keep the ball rolling.

You're a very smart man 2o2s.
Part of the problem is that half his players are playing with chafed nipples because of his high pants policy.

We didn't have a coach last year.

And we are so much better than last year it's laughable.

Last year we just got smashed week after week. This year we have lost by 7 runs, 2 wickets, 30 runs and 2 wickets.

I'm actually staggered at how much better we look - whether the results say it or not.

Spot on Gooch.
I don'tknow what it was like last year.

But since Rd1 our bowling has improved
Our Batting has improved
Our fielding has been brilliant.

We are getting better and better every game.
