I just had a quick read of your team on my cricket Beaver and I must say that your youth policy is very intresting. How old is Goochy, Jeffery Thom and big Tex Turner?

Even with us onld cnts, we still field the youngest Turf 2 team in history earlier in the season.

Gooch and Jeff are our best bat and bowler.
Turner was not selcted the first 3 rounds for a young kid to play, he just smashed the door down with runs and wickets in the twos and made me pick him.
Then got 5 and 6 wickets in his first 2 games in the 1st.

Despite 3 wise heads 8 young players with average age of 19-20 is pretty good for the clubs future.

It's called sustainabilty over a long period.

If R.Ponting dominates for 10 years and Warner comes in and has a really good season 1st up is he a better bat then Ponting.

i think you should have done better than 2 wins beaver...your ability as a coach is based on results...you wont be thee next year to see the results of playing the kids
