i cant beleive what im im reading about dan vettori.are you guys pissed???

you really know ****all about this game we play inn.

how can you say take out his stats against bangledesh and hes average...

for a start hes been the best finger spinner in world cricket for 10 years.
he has played in a **** team for long time of that 10 years.so if you have a gun bowler and 3 **** bowlers are you going to play shots against the gun or wait for the cak at the other end!!!!!!!!!!!!
goochy, vettori tortured us last summer on decks that were not even turning and even kp went or recrod as saying he thinks vettori is in the best 4 bowlers in the world and also the aussies have never took him to the cleaners to many times....

idiots.....


right beaver you clown ....a guy with 18 test hundreads and was injured for the best part of 2 years so how many woud he have if not had a career threatening injury??? around the 25 i would of imagined.

also he scored over 630 runs in a series against you boys when you had the best attack in world cricket and he smashed you to all parts....has sachin or lara ever done that against you?? dont think so..

plus the wickets in uk are very bowler friendly compaired to your roads over here...

If you are going to argue with me Fridge, at least get your facts right.

Pietersen actually said ""Daniel is a good guy and world class when he is on top of his game,".
You just made up the bit about him being the 4th best so please come better prepared.

Vetorri's stats after taking out his crap aginst Bangladesh (which everyone seems in a hurry to do when comparing Murali to Warne) are comparable to Ashley Giles.

240 wickets at 36.72.

Now you can come on here with this "bowling with a sh1t attack" line all you like. At the end of the day he plays half his games at NZ where low scores are plentiful and bowlers enjoy their trade.

Vettori's real worth to NZ comes in his all round package. An ever improving batsman, and a shrewd tactician. He is also a very good one day bowler (excellent variation of pace).

To summarise his Test Bowling, I would say he is "a useful finger spinner". Certainly no better than Panesar - maybe even Harris!

He is so far behind the likes of Murali/Mendis/Harbhajan, its not even funny.

Ah - I see you have resorted to name calling. A sure-fire way to strengthen your argument.

So you think Vettori dominates in Asia where it spins 3 feet?

Ok - he has a decent record in SL (though much worse than Murali's on the same pitches), but in India he has 17 wickets at 52 apiece. In Pakistan he has 1 for 178!!!

I await another barrage of abuse.

That is why I showed you Vettori's stats on those bunsen burners. He does far worse than those 3 on the same decks.

I said he was no better than Panesar and maybe even Harris (it might be a little early to tell, though he seems to have good control).

Panasar test average 32.88
Harris test average 33.16
Vettori test average 33.09

It seems reasonable to draw similarities between the bowlers, don't you think? ;)

Mock me and insult me as much as you like Fridge. It just makes your arguments look childish.

I find it particularly humorous that your line of attack involves ridiculing my use of stats. All that coming from someone who often reminds us of his batting average to 4 decimal places....

mate vettori has played on non turning pitches in brutal bowling attacks.
harris playing in a good attack
monty played in a good attack.

how u can say there in same league as vettori is a disgrace and your making yourself look stupid mate..

for instance sharpy won league batting average last season,so would that make him in same league as all the top batsmen in the comp??? dont think so mate!!!!!!!

If I am the sh1t bowler at MMCC (by your theory) that means there must be someone who is a gun at the other end.

Please - tell me who it is!!!

You were the leading wicket taker at Berwick last year so that means you weren't the best bowler by your theory. So why do you repeatedly tell everyone that you are?
