all clubs needed a leader who can inspire all players and someone they can look up to and respect (e.g. slocs)

I'm not having a crack Sir.......... but in that post it seems that you are admitting that Wilbur was not a good appointment. Or am i just reading it the wrong way.

Just thought someone was causing trouble, i thought last game didn't big Will not rock up to training when he is Coach didn't select the sides and didnt rock up for the game and didn't tell anyone.
Thats what i heard, so would have thought it would be reasonable to be shocked that he is playing this game.
Maybe my source is wrong, but i am just asking now i am not trying to cause trouble.
