Been thinking about it myself Coaty. Not sure what to do tonight, if it wasn't a selection night we could go to the pub or something but it is unfortunately. I've arseholed my last pre-natal class off to go to training.

Anyone got any suggestions for alternative training in this heat? Don't say cards and beer either coz i've already thought of that....

go to the pub Train, all you need is a pot, table , pen & paper and you can do selection.

Does everyone agree it would be totally unreasonable to expect anyone to train in this heat and under this sun today?

Yes the MM's are off to the Beach for training, some dunes runing and long distance swimming followed by a 10K bike ride.

Thanks for the suggestions fellas, we ended up doing what slocs pm'd me to do, exactly the same as springy sth. Sat around and gave each other wristy's all night. Great suggestion slocs it worked a treat and was great for team bonding. Especially the wristy trivia section of the night.
