Permalink Closed

DDCA won the toss and elected to bat, Brad Francis and Ryan Hendy batted well, and yeah later in the innings it reminder of watching England's Test Team from the 1960s to 1970s ??
made 132, In reply WGCA 2/134 there captain Cooper 53 off 50balls and Cavanan 43 off 26balls to end the Match in the 19th over,

Yes i do. I just thought if you were going to give a score maybe give a run down. Even though there was not much to write home about except maybe seeing Gtrain crack the s**ts at been spanked by Spanna. Priceless

You are correct there with GTrain, He open the bowling with a maiden, then had 23 hit off his next 2 overs, and didnt see him for the rest of the day, Moose did you know Gtrain opened the batting yesterday and made 3, but the true was that all the runs were leg byes and should have been out ofr a Duck. But have to give credit to WGCA did play well especially Cavanan 43 of 26 balls, Will have to wait for the skipper's report ( how did Slocs get on with there skipper Cooper )

Steve Chapman is a ripping bloke and a very astute Coach i hear, but his running between the wickets is terrible possibly cost DDCA another 10 runs. Was he injured or just lazy.

True moose, span did spank me around a bit. Not much to crack the 5hits about when span decides he wants to tee off though. The only time i cracked the 5hits was when the ump called a wide for a bouncer. That was a rubbish decision considering he was batting a metre out of his crease.

Nice one pencils. Didn't see me for the rest of the day, well i bowled 3 overs and the max is 4 as you would know my learned scoring friend. After getting hit for 23 off my second 2 overs it was highly unlikely i would bowl out my four i would've thought. And then with the bat, well we passed you blokes 2 down, therefore 3/4 our side weren't seen again after we fielded. Just on that though, you did see me again. I come over to check the score (speaking of cracking the 5hits) you just threw the book over one side of the table and then snatched it back after the next ball was bowled. Rumour has it you were a bit upset that the WGCA didn't supply a scorer. Get a life you peanut, it was a Sunday afternoon and you had nothing better to do than come down and score a game of hit and giggle cricket. You're the one who looked like a fool, not our scorer who was probably drinking stubbies down at the beach. By the way, obviously you knew who i was, nice of you not to introduce yourself and then wait to get home and tee off on me on the forum.

Thats hilarious pencils....did you take out your red pen to write a rough copy of that one before posting it or what? Leg byes and should've been out for a duck? Gee whiz man...maybe do it in green pen next time.

Gtrain, my apology to you, But its is pretty disasppointing that for 2x years in row that ur guys cannot supply a scorer, Also Gtrain if the game came down to a run or two and there was a mistake in the book, where would you and others be pointing the finger at ?

Apology accepted Billy. Was really hoping for a bit more than that to be honest though....

Yes we probably should've supplied a scorer. But at the end of the day, who really cares...

l know its just cricket and you guys, Slocs, Coops, Spanner etc go out there to win,
With 20/20 it does put a lot of pressure on one scorer, and if there is a mistake,
l would get the abuse and **** from everywhere,

PS Slocs, Get Canavan to SSCC next year

Ok Billy you've made your point, WGCA should've supplied a scorer. Now get over it for farks sake! Perhaps you should've doctored the books, might've given ya's a chance....
