Why wouldnt they wonan be there, 3 hours out of a sunday 1 time wouldnt hurt, poor excuse if you ask me, its a honour to represent your league, and if they couldnt be bothered then they shouldnt play cricket

was it because they wont be paid for these games?

But what was in it for the DDCA? If they won....so what? They won a game of pop and crisps in 35 degree heat where most people would rather be on the beach after a big Saturday night out?

Just an observation

I think the DDCA boys went out to hit long balls to entertain and the WGCA

found that they could noodle it around to win the game which they did.

Maybe took it more seriously than the DDCA boys and it won them the game

all credit to them. Taking the piss nicely train ha ha
