there wont be any billy we have a game on ourselves v fountain gate and your comment suggests what
Hey Kev , serious question , did you pull up any of your supporters after the 20/20 game on there behavior , i wasnt there but word has it a minority were well and truly out of line, especially the big fella , (cant remember his name )
no mate not at all the said person and the few on the boundary were a bit upset with the two runs we received when the ball clearly went a metre over the boundary and your player said it didnt hence the verbal exchange thats cricket
Big K, i agree the incident is cricket and it happens from time to time , but from what i have heard (again i wasnt there ) that his behaviour was not something your club would be proud of and i know that some of your members are getting sick of....
Your kidding Big K At worst it looked a foot inside (beer goggles)
I asked Neno what he thought and he said he was chasing as hard as he could reached down and stopped it, then picked it up and threw it in as quick as he could he then had a look to see if the spot he picked it up from was over the boundary or not (he still wasn't sure). He asked another guy sitting right next to the boundary if it was four and that guy said I'm not sure. But to be threatened with violence over it was just wrong by who ever that guy was in the deck chair. Neno is a great bloke who would not deliberatly cheat. He was so upset about it he didn't even have a beer at Buckley because he thought he wouldn't be welcome. That is a dissgrace.
Just let it go guys. Buckley crowds have beeen a disgrace for 5+ years now. the club must not care that they have the worst reputation in cricket or they would have done something about it.

myself and the bloke from cricket victoria running the show actually moved out of the way so he could field the ball the cricket victoria gent then singled to the umpire that it was a four moose said to me later that they have to take the fielders word end of story thats cricket
i was standing there and he did get it wrong, it was a deffinate boundary as big k mentioned. at the end of the day you would be a moron to attempt to cheat infront of that many opposition spectators and i don't suggest he did, just got it all wrong.

Thats correct Big K, same principal should apply to a catch. If the fielder says he caught it then it must be given out. But it was a very exciting game and there were many factors and reasons for the end result been a SS.C.C win, it had nothing to do with the dispute over a '4'

agree entirely
To All,
This can't be the real Moose as the real Moose has been at an umpires meeting since 7:15 pm tonight. it is now 8:32 pm as I type this and he is still there

So Wheels do you think a guy trying his best for his club deserved that abuse? probably over the top imo. Big K I saw Adrian Jones very close to the incident and he probably had the best view. I have no idea if it was 4 or not I was on the other side under the trees but I just thought Neno was treated harshly.
Big K , i am not for one minute disputing the cricket side of this debate , i am asking you if the behavior of a couple of regular trouble makers is the way you like your club to be perceived ...
bunch of arseholes if you ask me ,worst supporters and club in the comp and thats a well known fact .theres no way he cheeted and the way those morons carried on was a disgrace and if u cant see that bigk than your as bigger dikhead as them !!!!

champ, i was simply posting in relation to the boundary not in regards to any verbal abuse and can't seem to find anywhere that i said it was ok and infact did mention that i would pretty much say there is no chance he cheated......
i think we have all copped it when we have been fielding and i don't know 'neno' and i'm not condoning abuse but yelling back and arguing with the crowd probably didn't help his cause.......

wheels just drop it mate,ur nothing but a c0ck sucker, last year u sucked c0cks at narre and this year u r doing the same at buckly.next year u might move to keysy
by telling me to 'drop it' when i'm replying to a post aimed at me shows your blatant lack of intelligence and by abusing me behind an alias is laughable. Man up and say it to me or you can even pm who you are but you have already proved how soft you are by bagging blokes but hiding your identity. Case closed..........
