ok here is my retort
club championships are important too cricket and it is a shame that not enough leagues have them
yes winning a turf 1 premiership is a good feeling( as i have won many myself) but what about the middle men what about the blokes who play turf 3 or turf 4 or even a grade that got just short of premiership glory but to know they did a good job cause there efforts helped win THERE club the club championship
i think it is a huge help to bringing clubs together
and yes u play for ya mates but for some blokes there mates aint in the same grade but if u won a club championship u can say hey mate we did it we did this
all i am thinking about here is the middle men not the money chasers

norm.

You've come on here and abused everyone.

Because of this (and your anonymity), no-one gives a fk about anything you have to say - and never will.

I didn't even read all of your post (or the subsequent ones), and most other posters will have done the same.

Either go and create a new ID and announce who you are or expect to be shot down for the duration.

Norm, if you are going to go out of your way to emphasise a point, atleast spell it correctly. Otherwise your retort may come across as uneducated. Carry on....

How would the points work norm, would they be weighted for each grade, if so thats where the inequality of points would be.As not all clubs have the same teams in the same grades, thats where your idea falls over.

yeah it would be weighted more points for higher grades less for lower grades
kinda like a golf handicap
surely if the big heads at the ddca can sit down and sort it out
