In my first year we won 2 games (with what I would say was our best group of players). In Beaver's year we won 3. We haven't won any this year. IMO he did a very good job with the players at his disposal.

Um thats why I wrote "nearly" Paul, just like you nearly, there is that word again, got 30 wickets . I coudnt be ar*ed looking it up.
Should have been there in 2006/2007 just missed the finals

It's all relative. If Alex Ferguson comes second with Man U he has failed. If he took Portsmouth to 4th bottom he would be a genius.

I don't think i was successful when it comes to win loss ratio.......but my appointment was purely based around the kids and blooding some young talent, which i know that is one thing i can hang my hat on. At times we played a ridiculous amount of kids in the 1st side and i am talking 16 and 15 yr olds who imo they all have been fast tracked and developed nicely.

FT maybe we should pat ourselves on the back , didnt we " blood" most of that talent in C grade the year before which for all of them was their first senior games
