sheik,im not trying to b a d!ck or anything just making my point.if the umps knew that it was dangerous for your players why did they go a head, doesnt it come under the duty of care?if sanchez who was staning 50-60 meters away from the batsmen could see 3-4 balls an over around your ears, couldnt the umpires see that?i know u can protest but what if someone was seriously injured or something.

as i said hallam might turn around and say, well we prepared the pitch, the umpires gave us all clear and thats why we played.so how is it our fault?if the umpires says the pitch wasnt prepared properly then ddca might ask them why did they let them play.its a hard one.i know where u r coming from sheik but ddca will have to take umpires word for it,they wont look at any cuts, jaws, pictures of pitch not been prepared etc.

Well what is yours? this thread you started was based on Hallam V Coomoora not SSCC v Narre and you still couldn't deliver any meaningful substance on the topic you had created. You knew there was a story but where a little nervous to get the truth out and didn't back yourself Craig smile.gif

True Craig...you  threw it out there and didnt have the nuts to back yourself and I didnt see a thread that said Narre v Springvale South. No meaningful substance in any of your comments. Just rumour and inuendo!! Again in took Beaver/Eaver to tell us how it is.

I dearly hoped you would not take it to heart mate.........just consider it a learning curve "we all have them"
