No Mick it was a guy called Dougy. Oldish guy. I spoke with Goodse after the game and he seemed a great bloke just like his cousin.

I am still chuckling

A guy at point called me "scum" and the "lowest form of a cricketer" (whatever that means). Then there was a load of **** about me never having done anything in my career and (laughably) this was the best thing I have ever done etc. No need for it. You have no idea what I have done.

I just didn't feel there was any need for a few things said out there. If I was in your position (certain victory) I wouldn't have been abusing batsmen. I would have been having a bit of banter with them. I hate ill feeling on the pitch.

Cranbourne v Dandy should be a great game. As I have said Cranbourne were immensely professional and a pleasure to play against so I hope they take it. It's probaby too close to call though.

the slip comment wasnt directed at u but at the way ur team went about the chase  or the way i saw it the non chase maybe u should have come in at 4 some nice hits not sure about 40 yards though i may have been a tad harsh on thomsy but i did cop a spray from one of ur team mates during the tea break unfortunetly for him i was within earshot of it which he didnt realise at the time that was y iwas ticked off more than the six and out thanks for holding me in such high regard as a superstar

Are you kidding me Doug, you obviously have never met the bloke. TAD HARSH is a under statement it would be like calling the Pope Hitler........The Metho lads are a quiet cricket team who are guilty of been to nice if anything.
I can't see one name on the team sheet that would ever say anything out of line, sounds like you guys where a little arrogant against a mediocre side and got carried away and when someone stood up to you guys you didn't like it. Well i say boo hoooo
And as for the 6 and out comment that is a joke, the fielder knew it was out and sounds like arguably the most honest man in the DDCA who appears was in the best position said it was out so move on you got the 6pts........i also hope Cranny win it now.

I didn't say I held you in such high regard as a superstar. I said "someone who is apparently a superstar"

And calling someone like Thomsy a fking cheat is hardly "a tad harsh"

Not really interested in getting into a slanging match on here. I'll talk about it to your face over a beer next time I see you.

It was deserving spray in retaliation to your out burst, maybe said player knew you where there and wanted you to here it......so you could maybe realise your mistake and be a man about it and say sorry.

Well, maybe we are starting to agree on something. I got 65 3 games ago and didnt bat in the next 2 games. Skippers choice!

Goochy pretty sure i said something like that to you at the start of the year, but at the same time Doug i am sure the Methos are trying to get games into there young players which may have effected the opportunities Paul has had with the bat it can be a double edged sword.
But in the one dayer chasing 230odd Paul could have swapped with Thommsy he has a good striking eye almost the best at MM

you look like the best striker in the team should have been used up the order  when chasing 6 an over
