Not trying to hang sh!t on cranbourne cricket club or anyone else here. just wanted to get some opinions.a club with 10 seniors and 14 juniors sides.what r they doing wrong to be in this position (playing turf 2). and if u look most of their teams are in top 4 at the moment. they have the juniors, they have the facilities and they have money, what r they doing wrong then?

I played there the last game before xmas, they seem to be a very well run club and very good hosts. They had a heap of supporters on the cans both weeks I was there and not 1 hint of mouth or lip out of them.
From what I saw Ross runs a very professional coaching program which was evident in there on field discipline.......nothing but thumbs up from what I saw.

prince, i agree with u mate but if they are well run,heap of supporters,professional coaching program,good hosts,10 senior sides and 14 juniors sides.why are they in t2?there has to be something wrong somewhere.
