I am starting to think ponting needs to stop playing the pull shot or get better at it.

He was being serious at first then when he realised he was looking silly he went over the top in an effort to get himself out of the situation.

I actually sort of agree with Bobs whether he was being fair dinkum or not. If Ponting does go on to average 41 for another 5 years that'd be fine with me. I do believe he probably will need to drop down to 6 to achieve that though.

Now i say this respectfully but i noticed how you could not bring yourself together to also say you agree with me about Ponting going down the order as i said earlier on in this thread......Why is that?

Don't take this the wrong way but after your stance on Haddin I don't take a single thing you say on cricket seriously. I do read most of it but I am not influenced by your opinions in any way.

Ponting has earnt the right to step down from test cricket when he pleases......swap him and clarke in the batting order!

Don't take this the wrong way but that is a poor attitude and outlook all just because someone disagrees with you, So there is one topic/issue which we disagree on that has you so tightly strung up that it effects your opinion and ability to listen to others namely me because of one disagreement?

It's just that your judgement is so poor on this topic that I feel you can't possibly be trusted to have a worthwhile opinion on anything regarding cricket.

I'll respectfully tell you why beav...

The reason i did not say I agreed with you, was partly because as Goochy said i do skip across a lot of your comments and don't take much notice such as this occasion. In other words as soon as I see that avatar of you dressed up like a goose, i'll keep scrolling down.

Secondly, I was actually agreeing with myself if anything, as i have stated numerous times that on this board and others, that I would like to see him drop down to number 6. If your opinion happens to coincide with mine than so be it. It certainly does not mean that i have to state that i agree with you.
