If you took the time to read the DDCA rule book (Section 3 Page 44), you would see that there is an Extreme Conditions and Heat Policy in place, which should be read in conjuntion with DDCA rule 14.
There is no specific temperature to call games off. This is left to the discretion of the Weather Conditions Sub-committee (pre-match) or the umpires during the game.
No doubt this is the answer you would have received if you had raised the matter in the correct forum (umpires' meetings).
