We need to raise the standard of preperation not lower it to the lowest common denominator
which is done now All clubs should be allowed to cover wickets whenever they see fit and if the sun is shining on saturday and there is no cricket then the home club forfiets points
That will sort the men from boys and i think u,l find within a season clubs will have internal
plans in place. Has worked that way for 20years in Sydney park comps.

Goochy we havent had T20 as long as England have surley. It seems to appeal to many from what i can see.

That's what I said mate. It will fade over here eventually. Crowds were down FORTY percent this year accros the board!

FWIW, even though 3pts will go a long way towards us staying up, I promise I will do everything I can to get that game on tomorrow. We are here to play the game!!!

I always wear a helmet, I'll show the ball marks on it tommorrow. 3 pts is no good to us, we need a win so we'll be hell bent on playing.

had a quick look at our wicket this arvo. Tad green, but should still play alright and expect a full days play.

Yeah I know that mate and you are a good set of blokes. We will be fair about the situation I promise. (Even if you wern't a good set of blokes we would be fair about it. Everyone is very nice at MMCC!)

All I know Beav is that the ground/square was underwater on Thursday night. Huge puddles.
