No mate, they wanted me back and I was very keen to come back until Alex sorted me out with this gig playing at Port Melbourne with accomodation in St Kilda thrown in. Just too good to turn down pal :/

I felt bad, because I happily agreed with Cutters at the GF that I would have a 4th year at MMCC, but things change and I've always wanted to be based in the city as many people know.

I hope Kirk does a great job for them!

If clubs vote the new points system in next Wednesday night (11/8), then the DDCA will put forward a rule change to eliminate the number of overseas players in a club's first eleven.

Should the new points system not go through (meaning that the existing rule 7 would remain), then the DDCA would withdraw the proposed change to the overseas player rule and the restriction (one per first eleven) would remain.
