Really? Does that not defeat the purpose of it in the first place? I thought you could play whoever you liked as long as you were under the points limit?

Do you know if this points system will include clubs 2nds who play in turf 2 or will they be giving an unfair advantage of being able to play as many imports as they want again? (not their fault either)
