South East Region couldn't settle on a date, so the VMCU backed South Metro Region's suggestion of date & venue (Park Oval).

Buckley will now play metropolitan semi-final also at home because opposition (Plenty CC) play on synthetic & Cricket Victoria/VMCU want games on turf.

Match will most likly be played on Wilson next Sunday (16/1) as Park is being used for a round 1 replay match between Buckley T2 & Lyndale (Buckley T1 play Mordialloc on 23/1 also at Park).

The winner of the Buckley Ridges / Plenty match will advance to the metropolitan final at Prahran on Wednesday 19/1 against Heatherdale CC, with the winner going into the Kookaburra Cup final at the "G" on 6/2 against the VCCL champion.
