Sources tell me that a captain of a club put his hand up for a pay cut recently. Very good of him. Only thing is that he then managed, through the club, to sell 500 jumpers at $1000 each which pretty much cancelled out the pay cut.
Now if a player had 500 of his own jumpers, just in the garage and sold them, fair enough, but very unlikely. Surely this constitutes some sort of breach?

Thoughts?
How much was he on, what club is paying someone 1/2 a million
Well if he's talking about AFL why didn't he just say so? Now I can sort of understand what he's talking about at least. Are we worried that Andrew Demetriou reads this forum or something?

I don't know about salary cap dodging but soap dodging is my way of living.
This board is brutal and not even in the top 25 chat forums I go on, I can't believe I once spent so much time here. Got to go now, have to organise my door list for Secret Garden and shag some more of your woman.

The team make up may comprise any mix of players, provided the total number of points allocated does not exceed the maximum match points as defined in Rule 7.5.
7.5Team Points
7.5.1The maximum number of points for any Turf 1 or Turf 2 1st XI team must not exceed 23 points. All lower Turf grade 1st XI teams shall be permitted a maximum of 25 points.
7.5.2In the first season of implementation, an additional three points shall be added to the maximum number of points to allow for current player commitments and recruitment plans to evolve into the requirements of this Rule. These additional points will be decreased by one point per season until they reach the base level of 23 and 25 respectively. (Refer Table below)

Now, If you would like to continue with your puerile and libellous comments regarding a DDCA captain in the future perhaps you should consult the DDCA rule book prior to doing so. Alternatively you can talk to an official umpire such as I, and then if you still dont get it, I will be happy to throw haymakers at you until my point has been made, like I had to at John Kristy a few years back.
