I think Slocs should declare, get Berwick to set us a target and then be all out swinging, That would leave SSCC and Berwick 2nd and 3rd and Parkfield and Buckley to play off in the 1st vs 4th final. Berwick had a bad day Saturday but I think both teams are evenly matched.
Looking at that Sir, a total washout this Saturday would be handy for us even though we've already lost. Would leave us 9 points clear with one to play, meaning we'd have to lose and either Doveton or Nth Dandy win outright.
i agree with Slocs that Dalzotto looked raw and i would say a tad out of his depth. I'm not potting the young bloke though, i want to stress that.
I would like to know why Cam wasn't introduced into the attack before SS passed the score? Runs were precious and ensuring an end was tied up would have been handy

maybe train can answer that, but with only 50 odd on the board not sure it would've mattered.

this may be the case but he''ll learn from playing in our 1's rather then our 2's. hes only a kid and will get stronger and smarter as he learns the game.
Yeah we know he's raw, but it's a good experience for him to bowl against these sorts of players. He'll learn pretty quickly where not to bowl that's for sure.

It's a fair question from the Goblin but our captain isn't a contributor to this forum and I don't think he even reads it, so i certainly don't want to be answering any questions on his behalf or slagging him off for making the wrong calls either. I'm sure he knows what he's doing and there'd be reasons behind whatever decision he makes.
Get stuffed dishonestbobs! Quite clearly i'm saying that I can't answer that question on my captains behalf and if you think i'm going to slag him off on here then you've got rocks in your head! We stick together us berwick boys, unlike some others.
Train, i respect your answer and i'm not asking you to belt the skipper. In between viewing the game and watching Lefty talk to the Booths, Slocs and the over rated Walton i couldnt help but think the game was crying out for Mc Donnell.
I even saw Doogs pacing up and down faster than ever and i know he was thinking is was mighty time for his boy to launch a few down. Not for one minute am i saying the game result could have been changed

well theres your answer then. obviously the skipper thought the quicks were more of a chance of getting wickets.
