Agreed, our bowling attack is just as bad, and coomoora nearly dug themselves a hole against us as well, blocking around on a road against a far weaker side, and only got the job done in the last over after a couple of lucky boundaries. safe to say there hearts were in the mouths when they were only 3 down n needed 38 off the last 4 overs!

My point is i cant understand why they wouldnt have just got the job done on day one!

not sure why we're going on about a game from 3 rounds ago but here goes .

tmf your kidding arent you, i went out and we needed 16 off 16 with 7 wickets in hand, from what remember it then went to 10 of 15 with a six of the next ball over covers, no luck involved in that run chase at all, just calculated batting . we were none for 100 after 28 overs so it was a pretty comfortable win.

we had no problem in waiting till this week to get the runs, once the covers were down friday , it was just qa matter of time before the chase resumed at some stage saturday arvo.

i put it out there though, has anyone ever had there covers " blow off " overnight when every single hole was pegged down, just may of been a couple of dissapointed pirates on saturday morning when they saw that the deck was dry.

no accusations, here , just a theory i have thats all, who knows maybe a freakish wind picked up the covers but it just seemed strange, especially considering all the water was dumped next to square as if the covers were flipped over if you get what i mean.

Ranger as I said our covers mysteriously blew up earlier in the season. Pegged down and all. We tried guessing as well who it was but hard to do with no proof.
