Round 9 Springvale Turf 4 player Thanusan Kamalamohan found guilty of Misconduct in that he entered the playing arena with a weapon identified as a wooden martial arts tool. Penalty suspended until the end of the 2014/2015 season.

Round 9 Springvale Turf 4 player Shehan Silva found guilty of Misconduct in that he incited an incident with an opposition player. Penalty suspended for two matches

Round 9 Springvale Turf 4 player Shannon Lindsay found guilty as captain of not controlling his players as required by the Laws of Cricket. Penalty- suspended for two matches

Round 9 Fountain Gate fined at Level 3 ($50.00) for Turf 4 players not adhering to the DDCA Code of Behaviour


pretty reasonable penatlies i think. maybee leaning on the leaniant side. some leagues would have given a life ban for the weapon incident.

heard that andre peters and ben watson may have had some close discussions.
both got reported apparently.

My mail is there was a bit more than close discussions Sheepy. I wouldn't try and headbutt Andre Peters at the best of times, let alone with a lid on. It's a pretty big head.

yeah that's what I got told too train. Hard to imagine why when your on top and you're smashing the team on the bottom you would get involved with that kind of stuff with only 1 round to go.

Wowsers! So by that do you mean they are actually suspended for 2 matches with 3 suspended or 5 matches with another 3 suspended? 

Hope you're right lefty, but we'll just be taking it one week at a time and will be happy with the 6 points...
