Spolly won. What is the Gartside?

Team of the year was a strange one, can't remember everyone in it though. The league should show some balls and have a selection committee pick an actual team in batting order, not purely just base it on stats. If it was based on stats, I'd like to see them. How Jimmy Davies was in as a bowler and Alles was named best all rounder absolutely astounds me.

The laminated print off as a trophy is a nice touch though....

Gartside is the turf 2 player of the year!

Do they actually just go by stats for team of the year or is there umps/officials that pick it??

surely not, davies made 130 more runs and 5 more wickets than alles, spanna made 200 more runs with 3 less wickets
