Bears were told on May 11: ''Club Coach and First XI Captain Jarrod Goodes  was able to inform us that the  recruiting sub-committee are close to announcing a number of promising new recruits to add to our strong first XI for the upcoming season, while also hopeful of welcoming back english import James Davies and one or two other familiar Berwick faces.''

So Train, how long is ''close to announcing''? Been more than two months. Surely you haven't fallen asleep on the job? We're all ears on this site.
