Any wonder there were no batsman after what he did to my thumb last week...the nail finally dropped off yesterday. Atleast tonight Slocs made him use an older ball.

Rocky, when you left training last night you missed The General unveil his brand new delivery. He called it the "tsunami ball". In the middle of the Generals 2nd bowling stint he was seen applying a sticky saliva type secretion to the old Zenith Slocs had given him.

The unlucky batsman Jim "Wookey" Boyd faced up to big Drew. He let rip with a top spinning slower ball that landed on a good length. The"tsunami ball" pitched spraying Jims face was with a sticky secretion temporarily blinding him. Jim was clean bowled and confidence gutted. The General gave Jim an almighty send off and declared Turf 1 better look out coz by bag of tricks is umlimited, this competition is mine for the taking. Slocs intervened seperating the pair and Drew was sent for a 5 minute time out and told to gather his thoughts.

Oh I get the joke, because everyone at Springy South hate him for when he used to tear you apart down at Hallam and now he's not playing anymore...

I like it. How about we all talk about our favourite Andrew "General" Lee moments from his DDCA career?

Mine's a toss-up between the day he embarrassed poor old Danny Law in 4 balls and the day at Hallam he spent purposely bowling at Springy South heads. Good times and great classic hits.

Also, regardless of this piss-taking of Drew, this is a serious comment. Have it on very good authority that he's headed for Narre North. His son is very good mates with a fair few of the players down there and has convinced him to head down there. Clearance in the pipeline, Fountain Gate fuming.

Was told that Drew said that he much preferred the family-friendly atmosphere of Narre North to the crude culture at Fountain Gate.

BJ is 100% right that we should celebrate The Generals finest moments. I was told that one day at Berwick coach Davidson marshalled the Hallam troups at afternoon tea to plan the last session against Berwick. The players walked out on the ground only to watch big Drew driving off in the Bongo van. He returned an hour later after doing some shopping at Fountain Gate. All good though, still 1 hour of play left said Drew.

Also, there was a day when The General pulled out of a game just prior to the toss. The back was gone and replacement player sort. For the next 4 hours The General bowled in the nets at a garbage bin even retrieving his own balls he'd bowled. This was a rehab session said The General

Over to you BJ
