Have it on good authority that an umpire will be seeking $110 from a club that didn't get their covers down on time and was washed as a result of it. Does he have a case or not?

If these blokes want $110 for doing nothing they are kidding themselves. I actually did half of our umpires work last week, you reckon he offered me half his fee?
