Disgraceful that no play day one v narre!
Deck was hard and not enough effort was made to play clearly...
We played berwick and there were a couple of wet patches but they worked their arses off the get the game started.
I heard from a SSCC insider that captain grumpy asked his boys to take it easy as they would smash narre in a one dayer the following week.
Arrogant, arrogant leadership and that's why SSCC probably won't make the 4. There some genuine stars at SSCC but when your lead that badly, your going nowhere.
Make a change now gents or your back to back season is screwed!

True sheepy the deck is getting fixed up but requires four weeks of no play. This weeks t5 game is a Keysy and the following t2 game is at Hampton park i think.

Hey bod/slugger why did the umpire on Saturday not accept the original match ball you gave them and made you get another one, with a ddca stamp on it? What was the first ball you gave them?

The ball was legal slocs just had two shades to it. Never really seen it that bad before but it wasn't noticed till it was pulled out of the box in front of the umpires then changed over to another one. Surely your not accusing us of trying to cheat?.

The ball did have 2 shades on it with an extremely raised seam, and it did not have the correct stamp on it, as required by this association.
