1 Forum Moderator

My days of following this forum as closely as I once did are long over and as someone who no longer holds any official position at the bloods it is time for someone else to be the custodian of this board. Unfortunately some people choose to go a bit far and that hastens my wish to have someone else clean up the mess. I will be particularly looking for an experienced forum member to take over the moderation role. They don't have to be from the bloods. Alternatively the site can be renamed and hosted by another club. Either way if I don't get someone else to moderate by the end of September then I will be forced to shut it down.

Big Bro, sorry to hear your decision. This site absolutely must be kept alive.

If serious consideration is to be given to people from outside the Bloods, then how about No 7 left-hander. He hasn't posted for yonks but I know he's still upright and breathing and has the right professional credentials and has been around since old Methus was a lad.

Minor amendment: No. 7 cack hander will probably change his handle to No.2,3 or 4 as I hear he will captain his club's second turf side and use his skipper's perogative to open the bowling (at both ends)!

What about Goochy? He seems to know a fair bit about moderating chat forums and has always had plenty of advice for the boys on here. He won't take anyones 5hit.

This is a p.a.t.h.e.t.i.c attempt to have other forum members post hate material about me Goodsy, I thought you were better than that but it seems I was wrong. Just another gobshyt who wishes they were me.

To be brutally honest, If I moderated this forum (93rd best best forum I'm a member of) there wouldn't be any cowardly alias's taking pot shots at the social elite like A Rob and myself. They would get 1 warning, after that I would out them or make them follow me around on a Sunday night and take photos of myself in various poses from various clubs I have door lists at.

Unfortunately I don't have time to watch over this rapidly dwindling board, being a 43 year old university student takes priority and I want to graduate before I turn 50.

 I don't think that would be a good idea. I'd just ban everyone who took a pot at me. The board would be a graveyard within hours.

In all seriousness, i think its time for this forum to be put out to pasture.
I think the above posts (& very soon below) prove the point thats its irelevant.

It has served its purpose over the years but as soon as moderators allowed stupid aliases & multiple users for aliases it bacame a joke. For every 1 decent post there will be 10 stupid ones.

With most clubs having a FB page now maybe thats the way to go. At least there will be no hiding.
