Yep, very even. Other than Doveton and Springy South of course who will clear away from the pack. 3rd-10th could have a game between them come finals time. Might all come down to % or a few dodgy declarations...
On Cam's prediction, think he might have Parkfield a bit low. Any team with Spolly in it is going to win it's share of games. Throw in Bird, Williamson to what they already have they'll be there abouts. Mordi could be a big improver again this year too from what i've heard.
Anyway, you could here comments like these and more this Saturday morning at 9am, when the G Train appears on Casey's sound of the south east 97.7fm 3SER for the DDCA Cricket Show...
Agree with you Train re Parkfield. I won't be surprised if they are chasing some low totals this season and on the flip side are able to defend some low scores which maybe in the past they haven't been able to. We all know about Spoljaric's ability in all facets of the game and, with all due repect to other member's of their 1stXI, this alone has made Parky a tough assignment - throw Bird in the mix with the new seed (see what I done there!) and I for can see them playing more than 11 games.
With only the gf to go next weekend, here's a reminder of how some of the tipsters started the season, proving that the tag "expert" eludes all of them for now. they can only hope for improvement next season.

Jaaaimeee Rogers (ranking based on odds): 1. Springvale South 2. Buckley 3. Parkfield 4. Berwick 5. Doveton or Dandy West 7. HSD or Hallam 9. Coomoora 10. Mordi 11. North Dandy 12 Narree.
The most jarring predications: SS the unanimous fav finished fourth. Mordi, rated 10th by all not only ended the home and away season on top, but deserves favouritism entering the gf. Doveton, rated No. 2 by two and No.3 by another and No. 5 by another won the wooden spoon and relegation. Ooops!!! On the positive side, two had Buckley at No. 2, one at No. 3 and another at No.7.
